The Model PRB6, PLC-controlled automated peripheral foil stamping machine features the following:

Electrical System

• PLC control system and ladder logic software to control PRB6 automation package.
• Color touch-screen operator interface with resident help menus.
• Hi-speed, servo-driven nest fixture assembly/stamping motion.
• Electrically interlocked safety guarding with access doors.
• Hi-speed, servo-motor driven horizontal carriage/stamping motion.
• Three-stage light tree to indicate equipment status.
• Digital display temperature control unit with J-type thermocouple.

Pneumatic System

• Panel mounted pneumatic regulators, valves, and gauges for cylinders.
• Flow controls provided on cylinders requiring speed adjustment adjustment capability.
• Recommended 100 PSI air supply to equipment package.
• Pneumatic filter unit supplied to purify incoming air supply.

Stamp-Head and Web-Feed System

• X-Y-R adjustment capability for stamp imprint placement.
• Vacuum foil take-up system.
• Foil web depletion sensor to monitor foil supply.
• Dual foil roll payout design.

Equipment Structure

• Metal components clear anodized, electroless nickel plated, or painted as needed.
• Steel tubing machine base with cover panels.
• Floor model frame with leveling feet.
• Safety guarding fabricated using Lexan safety panels and aluminum extrusion framework.
