Product: This crane trolley is available with chain gear for precision movement or without chain gear for free movement.

Description: Beacon crane trolley has been designed to be quickly installed on virtually any S-type I-beam. Under Beam to base of crane trolley eye is approximately 5". Eye manual trolleys are available in either geared and plain models. A lifting eye is located at the bottom of the trolley for attaching a hoist (hoist not included). A center rod, which cannot be rotated once a hoist is installed, maintains the trolley adjustment.
Construction: The crane trolley features strong steel construction.
Operation: Eye manual trolleys without chain gear are free floating while moving across the beam. Alternatively, eye manual trolleys with chain gear are ideal for precise positioning. This unit is not free floating on the beam. Geared trolley has 10 Ft. of chain.
Size: The width of the trolley can be adjusted with a manual screw mechanism. Geared trolleys are designed to fit I Beam flanges from 1-3/4" up to 7". Trolleys without gears are designed to fit 2" to 9" flanges.
Capacity: The eye crane trolley supports up to 8,000 lbs.
Standard: Each crane trolley comes standard with four rollers with sealed bearings. A locking ring also is included to prevent the width from changing sporadically.
Weight: The crane trolley models weigh from 20 to 100 lbs.
Note: Hoists are not included with the trollies.
